2011 Scholarship Recipients

    Sarah McDonald of Shakamak Jr.-Sr. High School and Allison Culp of Northwood High School have been selected as the 2011 Indiana State School Bus Drivers Association scholarship recipients

         Sarah McDonald will graduate from Shakamak Jr.-Sr. High School near Jasonville, Indiana. She is the granddaughter of member Marshall Nuckolls. Sarah has been very active in Drama Club, 4-H , Spell Bowl Competition, Band, and Track just to name a few of her activities. She is also a member of Student Council and currently serves as president of National Honor Society. Sarah was also selected as  a member of the All-Academic team from the Southwest Indiana Athletic Conference. She has assisted with numerous activities for local churches. Sarah is currently ranked number one in her class and will attend Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana and major in Bio-Medical engineering

     Allison Culp will graduate from North Wood High School in Nappanee, Indiana. She is the granddaughter of members Dean and Beverly Culp. Allison has been active in numerous organizations including FFA, Business Professionals of America, 4-H, and Nappanee Missionary Church just to name a few. She has also participated as a volunteer for Feed the Children, Family Christian Development Center, Food Pantry, Town Clean-up, and packed Care packages for our troops. Allison is a member of National Honor Society and  the Girls Varsity Basketball team.  She has won numerous achievement awards including Honor Roll, Science and Business. Allison is currently ranked number one in her class and plans to attend Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana and major in Animal Science.
